Day 01 : Mysore

Upon your arrival at Bangalore Airport, our representative will greet you outside the arrivals terminal, displaying a placard with your name. You will then be transferred to Mysore in a private car, a journey of approximately three and a half hours. Once in Mysore, check in to your hotel and enjoy lunch at the hotel’s restaurant.

In the afternoon, prepare to be captivated by the majestic Mysore Palace, renowned for its stunning architecture and rich royal history. Take a guided tour to admire the elaborate interiors and discover the legacy of the Wadiyar dynasty. Continue your cultural exploration with a visit to St. Philomena’s Church, an impressive Neo-Gothic landmark.

Next, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Devaraja Market, a historic marketplace bustling with activity—vendors bargaining, cows meandering, and the fragrance of jasmine in the air. At one corner, you’ll find the family-run shop of the original creator of Mysore Pak, the city’s iconic sweet, still managed by his descendants.

End your day at the enchanting Brindavan Gardens, where illuminated fountains move in sync with music, creating a dazzling display of lights and color. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Mysore

Day 02 : Kabini

Begin your morning with an optional unguided trip to Chamundi Hill, a site celebrated for its spiritual importance, sweeping vistas, and the iconic Chamundeshwari Temple that crowns the summit. The hill derives its name from Goddess Chamundeshwari, a form of Durga and the principal deity of Mysore. Upon reaching the top, you’ll be greeted by stunning panoramic views of Mysore and its surroundings. In addition to the temple, notable attractions include a large monolithic Nandi sculpture and an imposing statue of Mahishasura, the demon vanquished by the goddess, both of which are significant landmarks. After exploring, return to your hotel for check-out.

Next, embark on a road journey of about two hours to Nagarhole National Park. The park is named after the winding Nagarahole River, meaning “Snake Stream” in Kannada, which weaves through the reserve before merging with the Kabini River. With its mild climate and varied terrain, Nagarhole is home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna, making it a paradise for wildlife lovers. The park boasts the world’s largest congregation of Asiatic elephants and shares boundaries with Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary in Kerala and Bandipur Tiger Reserve, creating an extensive, uninterrupted ecosystem. The landscape features vast grasslands, dense forests, and meandering rivers, offering picturesque settings ideal for photography and peaceful reflection. The tranquil Kabini River, flowing through the park, provides opportunities for scenic boat safaris, allowing visitors to observe wildlife against a beautiful riverside backdrop and fully immerse themselves in nature. Upon arrival, check in at your accommodation and enjoy the hotel amenities. Later, experience a coracle ride on the river. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay in Kabini.

Day 03 : Kabini

Set out from the hotel early in the morning for a game drive. A shared Jeep Safari is widely regarded as the top way to experience the wild beauty of Nagarhole National Park. This option is perfect for travelers aiming to observe a variety of large and small herbivores in their natural surroundings. During the intense summer heat, when most regional water sources disappear, Nagarhole’s importance rises. The Kabini reservoir inside the park becomes the main water source, drawing elephants from neighboring protected areas. This seasonal migration results in a spectacular gathering of elephants, a sight that is exceptional even on a global scale. The park is also notable for its high number of endemic bird species, whose unique songs and calls create a harmonious atmosphere throughout the forest. After your safari, take in the stunning valley views that form the park’s backdrop. Later, return to the hotel. In the afternoon, embark on another thrilling game drive. Dinner and overnight stay in Kabini.

Day 04 : Departure

After breakfast, check out and depart for Bangalore in a private car. You will be dropped off at the Domestic Terminal, where our representative will help you board your return flight to Delhi.
