Day 7 – 14 (7 Nights) : Calicut – Ayurveda Rejuvenation

Rejuvenation treatment in Ayurveda combines yoga sessions, personalized dietary advice, massages, and healing methods to restore balance and vitality. Recognized as one of the oldest healing systems, Ayurveda originated in India over 5,000 years ago, with its name translating from Sanskrit as “Science of Life.” This traditional approach is often called the “Mother of All Healing.”

A central part of Ayurvedic rejuvenation is Panchakarma, a therapy designed to cleanse and revitalize both body and mind. Panchakarma, meaning “five actions,” uses five established techniques to eliminate toxins and restore equilibrium. These methods rely on herbal and natural remedies, reducing the risk of side effects commonly associated with modern medications. The therapy is based on the idea that most illnesses result from toxins in food and the environment. Panchakarma stands out for promoting both immediate and lasting health benefits.

Ayurvedic rejuvenation packages typically require a minimum stay of 7 to 14 nights to achieve optimal results.

Day 14 : Departure Calicut

After breakfast, departure transfer to Calicut airport as per the flight schedule.
